Common Questions About Our Service
No, you do not need to be home during service. As long as we have safe access to your yard, our technician will complete the cleanup and secure your gate upon leaving. If this is your first service, we recommend being present for a quick walk-through to go over any special instructions.
After every visit, we secure your gate, double-check the yard, and send you a quick text confirmation so you know the job is complete. If you've added Loomis FreshGuard, we'll note that as well. You'll also notice a cleaner, fresher yard ready for your pets and family to enjoy.
After we finish cleaning your yard, all waste is double-bagged in your trash bin for your regular trash pickup. We no longer haul waste off-site — this keeps service efficient and aligns with how most municipalities prefer pet waste to be handled. Please make sure your trash bin is accessible on service day.
Our technicians are trained to work safely and respectfully around pets. We are able to provide service with dogs present in the yard if they are non-aggressive and comfortable with visitors. For the safety of your pets and our staff, we require that any aggressive, anxious, or protective dogs be kept indoors or in a secure area during the scheduled visit. This ensures a safe and efficient service for everyone.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover).
If you need to cancel service for any reason, you have a few options. Visit the client portal, send an email to billing@loomispetwaste.com, or call 209-809-4369. We'd appreciate at least a 24-48 hour notice on service cancellations for administrative purposes.
No contracts are required. Our services are offered on a flexible, subscription-based or one-time basis. You may start, pause, or cancel service at any time without penalties or hidden fees.
We offer visit frequencies of weekly, every other week or monthly.
Loomis FreshGuard is our professional Odor Eliminator & Sanitize add-on service. After each cleanup, we treat your yard with our FreshGuard solution to eliminate odors and harmful bacteria left behind by pet waste — keeping your outdoor space smelling fresh and safe for kids and pets. It's the same trusted formula used in Veterinary Clinics, Kennels, and Grooming Salons.
FreshGuard can be applied weekly, every other week, or once per billing cycle depending on your preference and cleanup plan. You can add it to any recurring service plan at $30 per application, or as a one-time add-on for $35.
Starting June 14, 2026, new customers are billed monthly on the 1st of each month before services are provided. Your initial bill is prorated based on the number of weeks remaining in the month you sign up, and every monthly bill thereafter is charged on the 1st. A card on file is required for all clients, whether you're receiving a one-time cleanup or ongoing service. Customers who signed up before June 14, 2026 remain on the prior 4-week prepaid cycle (billed every 28 days from the date of your first service) unless they choose to switch.
