No, you do not need to be home during service. As long as we have safe access to your yard, our technician will complete the cleanup and secure your gate upon leaving. If this is your first service, we recommend being present for a quick walk-through to go over any special instructions.
After every visit, we secure your gate, double-check the yard, and send you a quick text confirmation so you know the job is complete. If you've added odor eliminator service, we'll note that as well. You'll also notice a cleaner, fresher yard ready for your pets and family to enjoy.
Our technicians are trained to work safely and respectfully around pets. We are able to provide service with dogs present in the yard if they are non-aggressive and comfortable with visitors. For the safety of your pets and our staff, we require that any aggressive, anxious, or protective dogs be kept indoors or in a secure area during the scheduled visit. This ensures a safe and efficient service for everyone.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover).
If you need to cancel service for any reason, you have a few options. Visit the client portal, send an email to billing@loomispetwaste.com, or call 209-809-4369. We'd appreciate at least a 24-48 hour notice on service cancellations for administrative purposes.
No contracts are required. Our services are offered on a flexible, subscription-based or one-time basis. You may start, pause, or cancel service at any time without penalties or hidden fees.
We offer visit frequencies of weekly, every other week or monthly.
Our service operates on a prepaid, subscription-based model. Clients are billed automatically via card on file at the start of each 4-week cycle. Billing cycle begins on the date of your first service and recurs every 28 days. A card on file is required for all clients, whether you're receiving a one-time cleanup or ongoing service.
